N R Z Malik

I’m N R Z Malik, founder of AI 4 ID community a free, open platform for instructional designers, eLearning developers, and L&D professionals exploring practical, ethical, and scalable uses of AI in learning design. I build tools, write research-driven guides, and create workflows that help teams move from AI curiosity to AI implementation.

What I do (at a glance)

  • Lead and grow AI4ID.community, a practitioner-first hub for sharing tools, prompts, code, and case studies.
  • Develop no-code and low-code integrations for authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Build community tooling (desktop app, prompt libraries, Storyline scripts) to speed prototyping and course production.
  • Publish practical guides on AI-enabled instructional design, prompt engineering, accessibility, and evaluation.

Mission

My mission is simple: help instructional designers and eLearning developers adopt AI responsibly and effectively. AI should amplify human teaching and design expertise not replace it. AI4ID.community is a place to share tested techniques, safe practices, and reusable assets so practitioners can deliver better learning experiences faster.
